Last week saw the results for the AGDA Design Awards announced, with Sydney based M35 receiving a deserving distinction for their rebrand of the popular creative event Semi-Permanent. Due to a shift in focus, Semi-Permanent required a rebrand, which realigned the event to adhere to their new brand pillars of collaboration and partnership.
M35 produced a versatile word mark that can open up to reveal anything from text to logos and imagery, which is used to reveal the different partners and collaborators at Semi-Permanent’s core. The word mark is presented in a state of semi-permanence due to never having a main lock-up. M35 have perfectly executed a gripping brand, featuring a distinctive combination of red and teal, that has the flexibility to evolve over the many years to come for Semi-Permanent.
